Nicole Douillet, a finance executive who has spent nearly 20 years in various positions on Wall Street, has joined LGBTQ Loyalty Holdings Inc. as a Senior Advisor, effective immediately. A recognized leader in socially responsible investing, Nicole created the ground-breaking Credit Suisse LGBT Equality Index® and coauthored “What’s the Effect of Pro-LGBT Policies on Stock Price?” for Harvard Business Review.

A fintech founder and start-up veteran, Nicole has spent many years working with early stage companies. During her 15-year career at Credit Suisse, she served as the Head of Product Innovation and LGBT Strategy for their Private Banking NewMarkets team. Prior to that, she spent over a decade as a quantitative trader and portfolio manager in the Credit Suisse proprietary trading group. In addition, Nicole served as co-chair of the Credit Suisse LGBT Open Network. She began her career as the first woman hired as a trader on the Block Trading desk at UBS.
Nicole is a former junior Olympic skier, Food Editor of Dandelion Chandelier, serial restaurant regular, and three-time chili cook-off champion. She lives in Brooklyn with her wife Liana Douillet Guzman and their two young children. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
